Spam/Forgery Notice

by / Thursday, 07 March 2019 / Published in Blog

If you've received a spam email from @tushev.org, please know that this emails are forgery.

Unfortunately, some spammers have recently started to use @tushev.org domain as forged "FROM" field or for bot activity. These emails do not come from me!

My domain has valid SPF and DKIM DNS records. Any email really coming from this domain will contain correct DKIM signature and will be sent from one of the IP addresses defined by SPF list.

Unfortunately, it is very easy to put the forged email address in FROM field (like anyone can write your name and address on a paper envelope). Your mail server should use such technologies as DKIM and SPF to determine whether the received email is authentic or forged.

Emails coming from addresses like John.Dо[email protected]еv.org are definitely spam. Please report them as spam in your email client.

You can read more about a very similar case on this page.
